Fred Armstrong

Fred Armstrong has a diverse work experience in various companies. Fred began their career in 1981 as a Systems Structural Engineer at Babcock & Wilcox. From 1985 to 1989, they worked as a Principal Engineer at the City of Lynchburg. In 2000, they joined Wiley|Wilson as the President and CEO, and later became the Chairman and CEO in 2005.

Fred Armstrong obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia, which they attended from 1974 to 1978.
