Avi Wilhelm, CPCU, has held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Wilhelm since May 2002, achieving a remarkable 95% referral-based new business rate through a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Additionally, Avi served as President of Platinum Risk Management from November 2013 to January 2022, where expertise in risk management and insurance consulting was demonstrated by developing effective non-insurance risk transfer programs for various stakeholders including vendors, contractors, and tenants.
