Denise Winfrey

Denise Winfrey serves as the President and formerly as the 1st Vice President of the National Association of Counties, where responsibilities include overseeing the association's property, funds, and business affairs in the absence of the Board of Directors. Additionally, Denise Winfrey is a Member of the Board of Directors for Silver Cross Hospital, working to identify philanthropic opportunities and ensure appropriate investment of contributions. In a longstanding role on the Will County Board since 2009, Denise contributes to vital policy-making and budgetary decisions, with a history as Interim County Executive, managing the county's administrative functions.
