Mike Theodore

Mike Theodore currently serves as the Director of Communications for Will County Executive since September 2021. Prior to this role, Mike held various positions at Morreale Communications from February 2018 to August 2021, including Senior Project Manager and Communications Manager. From January 2015 to February 2018, Mike worked as Communications Manager at the Illinois Department of Human Rights, and as Public Information Officer at the Illinois Department of Juvenile Justice during the same period, also taking on the role of Acting Public Information Officer at the Illinois Department of Central Management Services for a brief time in 2016. Earlier in their career, Mike gained experience at Northern Illinois University in multiple capacities and served as Senior Legislative Assistant and Internship Coordinator for State Representative Tom Demmer. Mike Theodore holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a focus on Public Administration from Northern Illinois University.
