Willach is the Australian market leader in pharmacy dispensing solutions.

A family-owned business with a proud history of innovation, Willach began in Germany in 1889 as an engineering and manufacturing company. Today, it is a premier provider of state-of-the-art robotic systems, pharmacy drawers and shelving solutions in more than 30 countries worldwide.

An expert in professional dispensary design, we work with hospitals and community pharmacies of all sizes, developing customised solutions that suit their unique requirements and create the very best workflow efficiencies.

Willach entered the Australian market in 2004, establishing its company owned division in Melbourne. By investing in a national team of locally based pharmacists, spatial designers and technicians, Willach Australia can guarantee unrivalled reliability, training and customer support.

All Willach products are engineered and manufactured at our production plant in Ruppichteroth, Germany, at the highest internationally accepted quality standards (ISO 9001).

With more than 1000 installed solutions in Australia, we have a proven track record helping our customers achieve a professional, functional dispensary. Our systems provide operational efficiency, a better working environment for staff, more interaction between pharmacists and customers, and increased profitability.
