Willamette Roots (formerly Santé Development) is a full-service real estate development firm specializing in senior living, multifamily, and community-focused housing projects.

With over $300 million in completed developments, our team brings deep expertise across the full project lifecycle—including market analysis, site selection, financing, entitlements, construction, and operational execution. Backed by more than 30 years of industry insight, we deliver projects that are not only financially sound, but functional, efficient, and built to support long-term success.

We partner closely with clients, operators, and investors to navigate complex development environments and bring high-impact projects to life. Our experience spans ground-up construction, redevelopments, expansions, acquisitions, and ancillary service line creation, supported by capabilities in underwriting, due diligence, contract negotiation, and team leadership.

At our core, we believe development should do more than deliver buildings—it should improve the lives of the people it serves. From residents and patients to families and staff, we are committed to creating spaces that are thoughtful, adaptable, and aligned with evolving community needs.

Through a collaborative and forward-thinking approach, we remain agile in a changing market—ensuring every project is relevant, marketable, and built for the future.
