Dave Brason

Dave Brason is a retired professional with extensive experience in banking and finance. They served as Assistant Secretary at Manufacturers and Traders Trust from 1981 to 1985, followed by a role as Assistant Vice President at M&T Bank from 1985 to 1988, focusing on corporate lending and deal syndications. From 1989 to 2008, Dave was the CFO/CIO and co-owner of WILLCARE, overseeing finance, accounting, billing, and information technology. Since 2008, they have held the position of CDO and co-owner at WILLCARE, specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Dave earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Colgate University and a Master of Philosophy in Latin American Studies from Cambridge University.
