Gary Cohen has extensive experience in property management and development, beginning with the role of Assistant Property Manager at Newmark from 1997 to 1999, where vendor contracts were negotiated for a Class B office building portfolio. Following this, Gary served as Vice President of Property Management at Axent Realty Group from 1999 to 2002, directing property management and leasing. Since 2002, Gary has been the President of Willco Residential, leading the development of over $100 million in multi-family residential projects in Washington, DC. Additionally, since January 2018, Gary holds the position of Executive Vice President and Chairman at Willco, overseeing a 4 million square foot commercial portfolio. Gary Cohen earned a Master of Education from Pace University and a Bachelor of Arts in Child Psychology from Syracuse University.
