Add Frank Smith

Add Frank Smith is an experienced senior inspector and plans examiner currently employed at Willdan since October 2021. Prior to this role, Smith co-owned and operated American Baja Healthcare, overseeing daily operations and strategic planning in Northern Baja and major Mexican cities from March 2013 to February 2023. Additional experience includes serving as project manager for Quallion, managing construction projects, and as facility operations manager for CODA Automotive, ensuring maintenance and construction across various facilities. Smith also held the position of project manager and building and safety manager at JAS Pacific Engineering, providing services for high-profile clients and government agencies. Smith holds a Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical Science from Oklahoma State University and has multiple certifications from the International Code Conference in building codes, planning, and engineering, along with a B.S. in Civil Engineering.
