Barbara Koch

Barbara Koch has over a decade of experience in public administration and construction permitting. Currently serving as a Senior Construction Permit Specialist at Willdan since October 2014, Barbara previously held the position of Administrative Intern at the City of Rosemead, where engagement with various city departments occurred from August 2012 to October 2014. Early career endeavors included roles such as Intern for both the Los Angeles County Democratic Party and the California Democratic Party, as well as Volunteer activities with Obama for America. Barbara's experience also encompasses work as a Legal Secretary at the Law Offices of Eric I. Michelman and as a file clerk at Robinson & Robinson, LLP. Moreover, Barbara gained initial professional experience at SanGiorgio Designs. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in History from UC Irvine and a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of La Verne.
