Eddie Sladek

Eddie Sladek is an experienced professional in energy efficiency and project development, currently serving as the Regional Project Development Engineering Manager at Willdan since May 2021, overseeing the Southwest Performance Engineering Region. Previously, Eddie worked as a Senior Project Developer focusing on energy efficiency and renewable projects for various sectors. Prior experience includes an Investment Banking Associate role at Deutsche Bank, where Eddie specialized in technology banking, and positions at Southland Industries and Vanir Energy, where expertise in energy services and mechanical engineering was developed. Eddie holds an M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
