Eric Minerd

Eric Minerd currently serves as Deputy Program Manager at Willdan, where responsibilities include implementing the Commercial and Industrial Energy Efficiency Programs for customers within First Energy’s service area. Prior experience includes working as a Construction Sales Engineer and Project Manager at Fit Optimized Solutions, where sales of Schneider Controls offerings were facilitated to mechanical contractors and engineers. Eric has also held roles such as Head of Sales and HVAC Comfort Consultant at Aire Serv Heating and Air Conditioning, and a Media Sales Executive position at Valpak. Earlier career experiences include managerial and sales roles at Enterprise Holdings and Spellman's Imaging, as well as social work and coordination positions at Washington County and The Bradley Center. Eric earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Seton Hill University in 2013.
