James D. Gardner is an experienced urban planner and consultant currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Permit Pushers, LLC since July 2018. In addition to this role, Gardner has worked as a Senior Land Planner at Willdan since January 2020, focusing on planning applications and historic preservation for the City of Tucson. As an Adjunct Faculty member at Arizona State University, Gardner teaches courses on urban planning.
