Joshua Perez has extensive experience in code enforcement and compliance, currently serving as the 1st Vice President and previously as the 3rd Vice President of the Code Enforcement League of Arizona. Since February 2021, Joshua has held the position of Senior Code Compliance Officer in the Office of Public Safety for the City of Avondale, AZ, and has been a Code Enforcement Consultant for Willdan since June 2019. Prior roles include serving as a Senior Code Compliance Inspector and Code Compliance Inspector for the City of Glendale, AZ, and as a Code Enforcement Officer for Maricopa County. Joshua began a career in public service with the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office as a Detention Officer. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business/Public Sector from the University of Phoenix and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Glendale Community College.
