Michael Augur

Michael Augur is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the energy and HVAC sectors. Currently serving as Vice President at Willdan since February 2024, Augur previously held the position of Electrification Program Manager at ICF from May 2022 to February 2023, where efforts focused on managing a rebate team to transition to battery-powered systems for achieving zero net emissions. Prior to ICF, Augur was Chief Operating Officer at Rescue Heating & Cooling from April 2005 to May 2022, overseeing the installation and servicing of various HVAC systems. Additionally, Augur served as Southeastern Regional Director at Franklin Energy from January 2005 to January 2021, leading utility programs across eight states with significant revenue impact. Early career experience includes a decade as a Program Manager at Honeywell, contributing to the development of Automated Demand Response solutions.
