Moises Rosales

Moises Rosales currently serves as a Commissioner for the City of Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety and has held the position of Service & Install Manager at Willdan since September 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing the construction of multiple projects within budget while ensuring customer satisfaction and quality control. As President of the Empowerment Congress Southeast Area Neighborhood Development Council since June 2016, Moises Rosales presides over meetings and represents the Council. Prior experience includes roles as Sr. Electrical Manager at Phenomenex, where electrical design plans were developed and reviewed, and Electrical Manager at American Renewable Technology Inc. Moises Rosales also contributed to facilities and operations management at AMERCO REAL ESTATE CO. Moises Rosales holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies from Corinthian College.
