Payam Esmaili, PE, PMP, CEM, MASc, currently serves as Program Manager at Willdan since December 2022. Previously, Payam held the position of Senior Energy Consultant at the DC Sustainable Energy Utility (DCSEU) from May 2022 to December 2022. Payam earned a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ontario Tech University between 2011 and 2012.
