Rex Miller

Rex Miller currently serves as the Geographical Information Systems (GIS) Project Manager at Willdan Engineering, a position held since September 2007, where responsibilities include supporting municipal planning and managing GIS projects. Rex Miller holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington, earned between 1989 and 1994, and is a graduate of John Marshall High School in Los Angeles.
