Steven Bacs

Steven Bacs, AICP, CPM, serves as the Deputy Director at Willdan, where responsibilities include overseeing projects in Arizona and New Mexico. As the Owner and President of Alpine Cactus Land Development Consulting since August 2006, Steven has provided comprehensive project management and land development consulting services. Previous roles include Director of Arizona Operations for Land and Energy Development at Westwood Professional Services and Urban Planning and Land Development Leader at Amec Foster Wheeler. Steven's career began in the United States Air Force, where a tenure as Civil Engineer and Commander culminated in the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Geography, Land Planning/Development, and Environmental Science from Northern Arizona University, an equivalent Master's Degree in Operations Management from the United States Department of Defense, and an Associate's Degree in Project Management and Business Administration from Air University.
