Thomas Garcia

Thomas Garcia is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in public works and civil engineering. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager at Willdan since July 2021, Thomas has previously held significant positions, including Director of Public Works and City Engineer for the City of Palm Desert and Director of Public Works for both the City of Palm Springs and City of Temecula. Additional roles include Director of Public Works/County Engineer for Calaveras County, Transportation Engineer for the City of Folsom, and Stormwater Program Management for Sacramento County. Thomas began the career as a Transportation Engineer at Caltrans after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State University-Sacramento.
