Mark Brooks is an accomplished engineer and executive with extensive experience in digital integrated circuit (IC) development and architecture. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Digital IC Verification and Architecture at Demant since September 2023, Mark previously founded Nano River Technologies and held key positions at GN Group, including Director of IC Development for GN Hearing and interim Head of the Hardware Platform Group. Mark's background includes co-ownership at Senonics Corp, team management roles at GN ReSound, and significant contributions to Oticon's pioneering multi-core DSP. With earlier roles at Rohm Electronics, GN ReSound A/S, Ericsson Australia, and NEC Australia, Mark has consistently demonstrated technical leadership and innovation in the field. Mark holds a Degree with Honours in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Adelaide.
