Tom Dijkstra has extensive experience in the audiological field, currently serving as a Technical Field Service and Sales Representative for Demant since June 2015, where responsibilities include the installation and recalibration of MedRx and Maico audiometric instruments and software troubleshooting. As the Business Owner of InYourEars since March 2009, Tom has focused on the development and manufacturing of audiological solutions. Additionally, from August 2002 to January 2015, Tom held the position of Team Leader at Optichains BV, where tasks included the startup of a hearing aid repair lab and the hiring and training of new employees.
