Leonard McCarthy

Leonard McCarthy has been practicing law since February 1999, specializing in insolvency and restructuring in both domestic and cross-border contexts, as well as banking disputes, commercial litigation, and fraud recovery. They have worked on some of Australia's largest insolvencies and have been a Fellow of INSOL International since December 2013. Leonard McCarthy's experience includes roles as Special Counsel at William James and K&L Gates, as well as various positions at Henry Davis York, Gray & Perkins, and Peter M Wayne & Associates. They hold a BCom (Finance)/LLB from the University of New South Wales and an LLM from the University of Sydney, along with additional qualifications in insolvency law and practice.
