Creative property development is in our blood.  We’re enthusiasts, working closely with an award-winning team of designers and architects.  Where other developers see decaying urban structures (best leveled at enormous expense, waste and disruption) we see potential, beauty and value.  This way we’ve become a market leader in providing affordable, freehold industrial space and stimulating office developments in and around London for our clients to work and thrive in. 

We’ve now refurbished in excess of 10 million square feet of industrial and commercial space. Our developments can be found in great locations where we match aesthetics with functionality and cost efficiency.  Our recent landmark projects include Power Road Studios, W4 and the Perfume Factory, W3.
