Alan Carmichael, P.E. is a retired engineer with over 30 years of experience in the energy sector, primarily with MAPCO and Williams. Carmichael began a career at MAPCO in 1986, advancing through roles such as Safety, Environmental and Training Coordinator, Operations Supervisor, and Project Engineer, before moving to Williams in 1998. At Williams, Carmichael served in multiple capacities, concluding as a Staff Engineer after stepping down from a managerial role to focus on individual contributions. Carmichael holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from The University of Tulsa and is currently enjoying retirement while contemplating the next chapter of life.
