Alex Karpf, P.E., is currently a Senior Project Manager for Energy Innovation at Williams, a role they took on in 2025. They served as the Director of Projects at ESI from 2024 to 2025 and have held significant engineering positions at UniversalPegasus International and Halliburton prior to that. Alex began their career with internships at Air Liquide America and Airgas in 2007 and 2008, respectively. They earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines in 2010, and contributed to pipeline and facility engineering as a Project Engineer at Rooney Engineering, Inc. from 2013 to 2017, before advancing to a Senior Project Manager at Crestwood Midstream Partners LP from 2017 to 2024.
