Anibal Pico

Anibal Pico is an experienced operations and project manager with a robust background in the oil and gas industry, having held prominent positions since 1998. Currently serving as Manager of Operations at Williams, Anibal is responsible for safe operations and maintenance oversight. Previous roles include Project Manager and Manager of Projects, where Anibal led various project teams in the design, engineering, and startup of natural gas facilities. Anibal’s experience spans multiple companies, including WILPRO ENERGY SERVICES and PDVSA, where leadership in mechanical maintenance and engineering design has been demonstrated. Anibal holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Universidad Simón Bolívar.
