Bela Patel

Bela Patel, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in rates and regulatory matters within the energy sector. Serving as the Director of Rates & Regulatory at Williams since August 2006, Bela has played a key role in monitoring FERC policy and preparing rate filings. Previous positions at Williams included Manager of Rates & Regulatory for Northwest Pipeline and Lead Regulatory Analyst, where Bela was responsible for certificate and tariff filings under the Natural Gas Act. Earlier experience includes a role as a Market Intelligence Analyst, collecting and analyzing data to support business development. Bela began career at Lubrizol Corporation as a Logistics Intern Analyst, where skills in supply chain management and software applications were developed. Bela holds an MBA as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with focuses in Operations Management and Finance.
