Brett Bailey

Brett Bailey, PhD, is a Crisis Management Specialist Sr at Williams Co. and previously served as a Homeland Security Preparedness Trainer with the Oklahoma Office of Homeland Security from 2022 to 2023. With extensive experience in emergency management, Brett has held various roles at the Tulsa Police Department from 2000 to 2023, where they were certified as a Type 3 Planning Section Chief, Operations Section Chief, and Incident Commander within the department's All-Hazard Incident Management Team. Brett has also contributed as an adjunct instructor at Oklahoma State University - Fire Service Training from 2005 to 2022. They earned a PhD in Fire and Emergency Management from Oklahoma State University, completing their degree in 2016.
