Charles Ratts

Charles Ratts is an accomplished Asset Integrity Engineer and Manager with extensive experience in corrosion control and asset management. Since June 2015, Charles has been with Williams, initially serving as Asset Integrity Engineer Staff and currently as Asset Integrity Manager for the Central Operating Area. Prior to this role, Charles held various positions at Access Midstream from October 2011 to June 2015, including Manager of Corrosion Control and Corrosion Engineer. Charles began their career at Chesapeake Energy as a Corrosion Specialist and also worked as a Corrosion Engineer at NiSource (Columbia Gas Transmission) from 2007 to 2009. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Oklahoma State University, obtained from 1999 to 2004.
