Chris Ruiz

Chris Ruiz is an experienced professional in construction contract management and wellness program development, currently serving as a Senior Construction Contract Manager at Williams since February 2018. In this role, Chris is responsible for creating and executing construction contracts, managing IFC Book Contracts, and overseeing bid analysis and project cost forecasts for major pipeline projects. Prior experience includes managing the athletic and wellness program at Active Mobility Chiropractic Rehabilitation Group and serving as a Health Coach at American Specialty Health, where Chris oversaw health management for major clients. Chris’s background also includes assisting with event operations at California State University San Marcos during academic years. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from California State University San Marcos.
