David Brooks

David Brooks is an experienced professional with a robust background in project management and mechanical integrity within the energy sector. Currently serving as a Senior Liaison Project Manager at Williams since December 2013, Brooks oversees pre-commissioning, commissioning, PSM data collection, and the Mechanical Integrity inspection process. Previous roles include Coordinator of Maintenance at Williams Energy, Lead Mechanic positions at Caiman Energy and CertainTeed Gypsum, as well as HVAC Technician for the Department of Corrections. Brooks's career began in the U.S. Navy, where the individual served as a Machinist Mate Senior Chief Submarines.
