David Hoff

David Hoff, PE, PMP, is an experienced project manager with a strong background in mechanical engineering and a focus on gas processing facilities. Currently serving as Manager of Rockies Tech Services at Williams since June 2021, David also holds the position of Senior Project Manager, overseeing tactical projects in Conway Storage and Fractionation, OPPL liquids pipeline, and Rockies G&P. Prior to this, David worked at RES as Project Engineering Lead, managing teams during the execution of EPC projects, and at Western Midstream as Senior Project Manager for Major Projects, leading the Latham Gas Plant Program. David's earlier experience at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation included roles as Senior Project Manager and Facilities Engineer, delivering projects across various basins. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, obtained in 2012.
