David Ruster, P.E., is a retired engineer with a robust background in operations technical support and project management. Ruster's career included significant roles at Williams from 2008 to April 2022, where responsibilities encompassed managing small projects, conducting wheel/track loading calculations, performing blasting analysis, overseeing an aerial patrol contract, and managing an atmospheric corrosion inspection program. Prior to this, Ruster served as a Senior Engineer at Kern River Gas Transmission Company from 2002 to 2008, working as the Assistant District Manager in Las Vegas and as Project Manager in Salt Lake City. Ruster earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University in 1985.
