Dean Cushing

Dean Cushing, SPHR, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Williams, a position held since November 1997. In this role, Dean provides strategic HR support to senior leadership in the Atlantic Gulf region, contributing to business strategies and talent management initiatives. Previous positions at Williams include HRBP and Labor Relations Consultant, where Dean specialized in labor relations and employee issues, and Manager of Human Resources, focusing on employee engagement and HR service delivery. Prior to joining Williams, Dean held managerial HR roles at Philip Services, Inc. and Sunland Construction Co., Inc., gaining extensive experience in personnel management and regional HR operations. Dean holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from The Ohio State University.
