Eric Bright

Eric Bright is a highly experienced electrical engineer with a career spanning over two decades in the power generation and industrial sectors. As a Staff Electrical Project Engineer at Williams Company since October 2013, Eric has led significant projects, including the Moundsville Fractionator Substation Upgrade. Previous roles include Engineering and Maintenance Manager at Oxy, where Eric managed a team and developed training programs, and Electrical Engineer at GenOn, providing expertise to a fleet of power stations. Eric’s background also includes management positions at AK Steel and Reliant Energy, as well as engineering roles at Occidental Chemical Corp and Oxy. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Grove City College and a Master of Science in Electrical Power Systems from Kansas State University, along with an MBA Essentials Certificate from the University of Pittsburgh.
