Haley Deleon

Haley DeLeon, CPA, currently serves as a Senior Financial Systems & Automation Analyst at Williams, a position held since April 2020, following various roles including Senior Accounting Analyst and Senior Accountant. Previous experience includes working as an Accountant II at W Energy Software and Corterra Energy, LLC, and as an Accountant I at Eagle Energy Exploration. Early in the career, Haley was involved in claims processing and representation for State Farm across different lines including auto and fire claims, and started with The Walt Disney Company as a concierge participant in the college program. Haley holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel/Restaurant Administration from Oklahoma State University and completed CPA eligibility requirements at Northeastern State University.
