John Whitaker has extensive experience in network voice services, beginning with a current role at Williams since April 1990, where responsibilities include Cisco Call Manager engineering and project management as well as supervising the Network Voice Services staff across the United States. Prior to this, John served as Team Lead in Network Voice Services at AT&T from April 2004 to January 2013. Academic credentials include an Associate degree in Electronics Engineering from Tulsa Community College, completed in 1985, and a high school diploma from Booker T. Washington, obtained in 1980.
