Karen Roller, CEBS, CCP, has extensive experience in compensation and benefits management, currently serving as a Treasury Analyst and previously as a Human Resources Business Partner and Manager of Retirement Plans at Williams since March 2017. Prior to this role, Karen was a VP - Senior Executive Compensation & Benefits Consultant at Bank of Oklahoma from January 2016 to March 2017. Previous positions at Williams include Sr Compensation Analyst, Sr Benefits Analyst, and Benefits Analyst from January 2013 to January 2016. Karen began a career at Cameron, a Schlumberger company, as Manager of Benefits and Incentive Plans from February 2009 to April 2012, following an acquisition of NATCO, where employment was held prior. Karen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Baylor University.
