Lisa Powell has a diverse background in human resources, marketing, and communications with over 20 years of experience. Currently serving as a Human Resources Strategic Partner at Williams since 2013, Lisa focuses on enhancing HR capabilities and facilitating communication between the CHRO, HR teams, and other departments. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Communications Specialist at Williams, where Lisa developed strategic internal and external messaging, and Senior Marketing Manager at Level 3 Communications, where Lisa led marketing initiatives and launched the company's first e-commerce application.
