Liz Bowman

Liz Bowman currently serves as the Vice President of Government Affairs at Williams, where the focus is on clean energy infrastructure. Prior to this role, Bowman held the position of Vice President of Communications at the American Exploration & Production Council, contributing to strategic messaging for independent oil and natural gas companies. Experience also includes leadership roles in communications at the American Petroleum Institute, U.S. Senate for Senator Joni Ernst, and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, among others. Bowman's academic background includes a Master's degree in Government with a focus on Political Communication from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Political Science, and Business from Virginia Tech.
