MacMillan Simms

MacMillan Simms possesses extensive experience in land acquisition and project management within the energy sector. Currently serving in a Land Acquisition role at Williams since January 2022, responsibilities include negotiating land easements. Previously, from November 2013 to December 2023, MacMillan held multiple positions at Alpha Field Services, including PM/Business Development and Right-Of-Way Agent, focusing on acquiring survey permissions, completing courthouse work, negotiating easements, and maintaining comprehensive landowner records across Ohio and West Virginia. MacMillan's career began at Keane Group as a Rig Hand from July 2011 to July 2013, where technical competencies with rig equipment were developed. Academically, MacMillan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections and an Associate's Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford.
