Mark Middleton

Mark Middleton is an experienced internal auditor with a strong background in risk management and control processes. Currently serving as an Internal Auditor at Williams since March 2022, Mark leads the development and execution of internal audit engagements and SOX testing, focusing on improving risk and control frameworks. Prior to this role, Mark worked as an Internal Auditor at Case & Associates Properties, Inc. from January 2014 to March 2022, ensuring compliance with governance and risk management processes. Mark brings extensive experience from State Farm, including roles as a Risk Consultant, Claims Resolution Team Representative, and Auto Claims Representative, developing expertise in risk analysis, claims resolution, and customer service. Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Northeastern State University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Oral Roberts University.
