Michael Ledford

Michael Ledford has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the Commercial Technology Lead at Williams since June 1999. In this role, Michael enhances customer experiences by improving Northwest Pipeline’s scheduling system through technical upgrades and new functionalities. Previously, Michael held various positions at Williams, including Senior Commercial Services Representative and Transportation Services Lead, where responsibilities included customer account management and natural gas pipeline scheduling. Additional experience includes software development roles at IMA and TCIM Services, complemented by a B.S. in Finance from the University of Phoenix and coursework in Management Information Systems at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
