Michael Stertz

Michael Stertz is an experienced IT analyst with a strong background in troubleshooting and system management for gas and liquid meters at Williams since June 2006. Responsibilities include ensuring the accuracy of custody transfer data, developing documentation, and leading projects related to real-time data collection and SCADA system enhancements. Previously, Michael worked as a business analyst at Level 3 Communications, where project contributions included designing metrics and enhancing automation processes. Additionally, experience as an operations lead and business analyst at Direct Energy involved analyzing complex systems, developing reporting metrics, and implementing process improvements. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado, and an Associate degree from Aims Community College.
