Michelle Mickelson has extensive experience in the natural gas industry, currently serving in Commercial Development at Williams since May 2022. Previously, Michelle held the position of Business Development Director at The Z Firm Energy Recruiting and Staffing from May 2019 to June 2020. Her earlier roles include Senior Director of Trading at Sequent Energy Management from June 2007 to November 2018, where Michelle managed asset agreements and optimized resources related to Florida City Gas. Prior to that, Michelle was a Senior Gas Trader at ONEOK, handling trading across the western region from April 1996 to June 2007, and began a career in gas trading at TPC Corporation between December 1991 and 1996, overseeing significant natural gas storage positions.
