Ray Hardy is an accomplished IT GIS Analyst and Senior GIS Analyst with extensive experience in Geographic Information System (GIS) technology and applications. Currently at Williams since January 2015, Ray has previously held senior roles at Access Midstream and 3-GIS, where responsibilities included preparing product demonstrations, software installation, and providing solutions. Prior experience as a Product Engineer at Esri involved testing and quality assurance for software releases, as well as acting as Scrum Master for the development team. Ray's earlier work includes serving as GIS Coordinator for the Oklahoma House of Representatives, overseeing GIS projects and systems. Educationally, Ray holds a Master's Degree in Geography and Geographic Information Science and a Bachelor's Degree in Meteorology from the University of Oklahoma.
