Sandy Manning

Sandy Manning is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience at Williams since June 1999, currently serving as Sr. IT Applications Manager for Project Execution Applications. Sandy has a proven track record in managing IT teams, contractors, and vendors to support critical applications and enhance corporate functions including HR, Legal, and Corporate Communications. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Applications and IT Manager for Operational Services, where Sandy oversaw strategic IT resources and project management efforts. Earlier career experience includes positions at Willbros and JCPenney, with a strong foundation in programming and business analysis. Sandy holds a Master’s degree in MIS/AIS from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
