Steven Salters

Steven Salters is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in managing and overseeing large-scale projects. Currently serving as Construction Manager at Williams since May 2014, Steven specializes in the construction of natural gas compression facilities and upgrades. Prior to this role, Steven worked at Kiewit from October 2008 to May 2014, where various positions included Field Engineer and estimator on projects such as light rail expansion in Houston, TX, oils sands facility build in Alberta, Canada, and LNG facility build in Lusby, MD. Steven holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Misericordia University and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Michigan State University.
