Tara Meek is an Environmental Specialist V at Williams, where they have been actively working on obtaining clearances and permits with the Ohio Power Siting Board. They have over 20 years of environmental experience, including expertise in mine reclamation, groundwater modeling, and GIS database management. Tara earned a Bachelor's Degree in Geology and a Master's Degree in Environmental Hydrogeology and Microbiology from West Virginia University. Additionally, they co-founded the Women's Energy Network Appalachian Chapter and served as its 2015 President, as well as holding a position on the WEN Global Board. Currently, Tara serves as the scholarship director on the Appalachian Pipeliners Association board.
